B.o.B Announces Headlining Tour |

B.o.B is about to embark on his first ever headlining tour in support of his debut album, B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray—a disc that has done incredibly well this year (and which we picked as one of the best records of the year). The rapper, who is just finishing a trek through Australia, New Zealand and Japan, will kick off his “Shootin’ For The Stars” tour on July 31st in his hometown of Atlanta and continue through November 14th, concluding in Ithaca, NY. Rumor has it that several artists may join forces with the rapper on different stops throughout the tour. J. Cole apparently may stop by the Atlanta kick-off, and the Black Eyed Peas are rumored to be showing up at the August 1st show in Ottawa. We’re hoping some of this tour coincides with the Honda Civic Tour, which features Paramore. We can think of a lot of fans who’d love to see Hayley Williams and B.o.B onstage together for a live rendition of “Airplanes.”

Guerilla Union has announced the Rock The Bells 2010 festival series, featuring Snoop Dogg, A Tribe Called Quest, Wu-Tang Clan, Rakim, KRS-One, Slick Rick, Street Sweeper Social Club, Murs, 9th Wonder, Wiz Khalifa, Clipse, Brother Ali, Supernatural, and others, plus special guest Lauryn Hill. The Rock The Bells tour will support Haiti relief efforts by contributing a portion of ticket proceeds to Hip Hop And Hope For Haiti. In celebration of her latest Top 10 debut release, New Amerykah Part 2 (Return of the Ankh), Erykah Badu has announced the "Out Of My Mind, Just In Time Tour." The May-August tour will include Badu's contemporaries such as Maxwell, Bilal, and more recent starlet and DXnext alum Janelle Monae.
The tour is broken into legs with different guests, including a closing segment with this year's Lilith Fair women-in-music festival.
